Who can use CUC Snowy Monaro?

Anyone undertaking tertiary education! Whether that’s a university course, TAFE course or any other courses above highschool level. Year 12 students are also permitted to use the Centre.

How do I access the building?

Once you register as a student with CUCSM, you will receive secure access to the building via your phone. Until then, you will not be able to access the building without staff assistance.

When can I use the Centre?

Whenever you like, as long as it is between the hours of 5am and 2am (any day). The Centre is generally staffed from 9am to 5pm weekdays, so if you want to register as a student or receive study related support, it will need to be during those hours.

How do I book an appointment?

Through our booking page, which you can find here.

Can highschoolers use the Centre?

Only year 12 students who register with us can use the Centre. If they are under 18 years old, they must inform a CUCSM staff member when they would like to come to the Centre so we can ensure a responsible adult is on site. Therefore, under 18s can only come during regular business hours (9am – 5pm) with prior staff permission.

Can I hire out the rooms?

Any registered student can book one of our study rooms at any time, provided it is available. All external room enquiries must go through the following portal. Staff will be in contact regarding said enquiry. Please note the rules and procedures around room bookings.

How can I give back to CUC Snowy Monaro?

If you would like to support our Centre and its students, please do so here. Our facilities and services are free to all students, though we do rely on funding to continue supporting students in our region. Every little bit counts!
